Product Description

Low cost WiFi module suitable for adding WiFi functionality to anexisting microcontroller project via a UART serial connection. The module in based on chip ESP8266 and can even be reprogrammed to act as a standalone WiFi connected device.
The chip ESP8266 has powerful on-board processing and storage capabilities that allow it to be integrated with the sensors and other application specific devices through its GPIOs with minimal development up-front and minimal loading during runtime. Its high degree of on-chip integration allows for minimal external circuitry, and the entire solution, including front-end module, is designed to occupy minimal PCB area. Due to its ease of access, it lends itself to be easily deployed in systems MCU / ARM / PIC / AVR / STM32 as Arduino.
