Product Description


This module contains a temperature and humidity sensor Sensirion SHT11. A small microcontroller inside readings and processes data that are provided to the user via a digital output calibrated. The relative humidity is detected directly by a capacitive sensor while the temperature is detected by a semiconductor sensor that exploits the bandgap of silicon. The CMOSens technology guarantees excellent reliability and long term stability. The signals produced by the sensors are converted to digital via an ADC 14bit and translated into serial protocol thanks to a specific converter. This results in a signal as precise as possible, to a high immunity from external noise and in a fast response time. Each SHT1x is individually calibrated and the calibration coefficients are programmed into an OTP memory on the chip. The compact size and low power consumption make SHT1x the ultimate choice for even the most demanding. Compatible with Arduino and other development kits.
