1.Contract Agreement

These Terms are for the purchase of products and services, carried out remotely via the computer network, from Plexishp.it trademark owned and represented by Global Network Engineering Ltd (now Plexishop.it) with Registered office: the Post 13 - 31022 Preganziol (TV) - Italy | Head Office: Via A. Volta, 23-31030 Dosson di Casier (TV) - Italy - CF e P. IVA: 04147150264 | Chamber of Commerce: 5646893 |REA: 326590. Global Engineering Network Ltd is the owner of the site http://www.plexishop.it. Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree 185/99 and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, will be submitted to the rules laid down in Act N. 675/96, as amended.

2.General Sales Terms and Conditions

The contract between Plexishop.it and the Customer shall be concluded with the acceptance of order by Plexishop.it. This acceptance is automatic. By placing an order in the manner provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase process, and to accept the general conditions and payment below.

If the customer is a consumer (is a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his profession), once the purchase procedure is concluded, an electronic copy will be printed or saved and in any case the general conditions of sale will be maintained in compliance with the requirements of Art. 3 and 4 of Decree N. 185/1999 on distance selling and, as regards to the protection of confidentiality, will be submitted to the rules laid down in Act N. 675/96 and subsequent amendments.

It is excluded any right of the Customer in damages or compensation, and any contract or tort liability for direct or indirect damages to persons or property, caused by lack of acceptance, even partial, of an order.

3.Purchase Agreement

The customer may only purchase products in the catalog of Plexishop.it at the time of the order as described in the relevant information sheets. It is understood that the picture accompanying the description of a product cannot be fully representative of its features but differ in color, size, and accessories in the picture. All support information for purchase are intended as generic information, not due to the real characteristics of a single product.

The correct order is confirmed by receiving Plexishop.it through an answer via e-mail, sent to the email address supplied by the customer. This confirmation message will contain an 'Order Number', to be used in any further communication with Ledexpert.it. The message will include all data entered by the customer who agrees to verify the correctness and communicate any corrections, as described in this document.

4. Return Policy

Under Article. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (ie a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does the purchase without indicating in the order form to Plexishop.it the VAT number), has the right to terminate the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty, except as indicated in the following point.

To exercise this right, the customer must send Plexishop.it a notice within 10 days from the date of receipt of goods. Such notice shall be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to

or by telegram or fax sent within that period of 10 days and followed by a confirmation letter with return receipt MUST be sent within 48 hours. Once you have reached us with the notice of withdrawal, the Customer Service Plexishop.it will quickly communicate with instructions on how to return the goods that it must be received within 10 days from the authorization to Plexishop.it.

The right of withdrawal is still subject to the following conditions:

The law applies to product purchased in its entirety, it is not possible to exercise only on the withdrawal of the product (eg. accessories, software, attachments, etc. ...);
the law does not apply to hardware, electronic, audiovisual or sealed software (including those attached to any hardware), when opened;
the purchased goods must be returned intact and in original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc. ...); to limit damage to the original package, we recommend, whenever possible, to enter into a second box, showing the RMA (return merchandise authorization) ; should be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or tape directly on the original packaging of the product;
by law, the shipping costs for returning the property has to be paid by the customer;
the shipment until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the responsibility of the customer;
if the goods are damaged during transport, Plexishop.it will inform the client (within 5 working days of receiving the goods in its stores), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and to obtain reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured), in this case the product will be made available to the client for his return, at the same time canceling the request for withdrawal;
Plexishop.it not respond in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
on his arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damages not caused by transport. If the package and / or the original packaging are damaged, Plexishop.it will subtract from the refund due to a percentage, but not more than 10% of it, towards the cost of restoration.

Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, Plexishop.it will refund the amount already paid to the customer as quickly as possible and within 30 days of the request for withdrawal, the amount charged by the transfer procedure Credit Card or by Bank Transfer. In the latter case, will be the client promptly provide the bank on which the reimbursement (IBAN code - ABI - CAB - Current Account of the invoice).

The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential integrity of the property (the packaging and / or content), where Plexishop.it finds:

the lack of the outer packaging and / or internal packaging;
the integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, etc.).
damage to the product for reasons other than transportation.

In the case of deprivation of the right of withdrawal, Plexishop.it will return to sender the item purchased, charging the shipping costs.

The Satisfaction Guarantee or your money back if it is explicitly stated in any sale of shares in our pages is believed to be applicable in accordance with the procedures set out in paragraphs above.

5. Warranties

All products sold by Plexishop.it covered under the manufacturer's standard warranty and 24-month warranty for defects, according to DL 24/02. The manufacturer's standard warranty is provided as explained in the documentation included in the packaging of the product. If, following inspection by an authorized service center, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty, the customer will be charged for any costs of verification and restoration required by the Service Authorized, and the costs of transport if supported by Plexishop.it. The guarantee of 24 months according to DL 24/02 applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the product is used correctly, respecting its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. This guarantee is for the private consumer (the person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or making a purchase order form without indicating a reference to VAT). In case of lack of conformity, Plexishop.it shall, at no cost to the customer, to the restoration of conformity by repair / replacement or reduction in price, until the termination of the contract. If, following inspection by an authorized service center, the defect should not be a lack of conformity in accordance with Decree 24/02, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and restoration required by the Service Authorized, and the transportation costs if incurred by Plexishop.it. The replacements in case of DOA (Dead On Arrival: Product not working on delivery) takes place only if expressly provided by the manufacturer. The timing of replacement or repair of the product depends solely on the policies of the manufacturer. Where, for whatever reason, is unable to make its customers a product warranty (repaired or replaced), Plexishop.it can proceed at its own discretion to refund the amount paid or to replace it with a product of equal or superior characteristics. No damage can be obtained from Plexishop.it for any delays in repairs or replacements .In cases where the application of safeguards providing for the return of the product, the product must be returned by Customer (at its expense) in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc. ...); to limit damage to the original package, we recommend, whenever possible, to put in a second box; should be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or tape directly on the original product packaging. Please note that sometimes the flash memory could be supplied in OEM version (no blisters) without thereby affecting the terms and conditions of the guarantee offered.

6. Complaints

Any complaint must be directed to Plexishop.it by sending an email to shop@plexishop.it, by telephone at 0422 383939 or mailing us atLedexpert.it c / o Global Network Engineering Srl - Via A. After 23-31030 Dosson Casier (TV) - Italy. The sales contract between the customer and Ledexpert.it is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal litigation arising from the conclusion of this contract of sale at a distance, if the customer is a consumer, the local jurisdiction is that of the reference hole of his town of residence in all other cases, the local jurisdiction is the only forum of Treviso.
